This Week at the Latah Recovery Center

A few items to note:

1.  We have a few new groups starting this month.  A new writing group on Wednesdays, and a knitting group on Fridays.

2.  We are looking for a new volunteer to offer yoga and/or meditation.  If you can help, please contact us!  And special thanks to Joe for offering the group in 2016.

3. Mental Health First Aid is coming at the end of the month.  We need at least ten people to offer this class-co mark your calendar now.  We’ll get you RSVP details as soon as we know them.
